1.             Ticket Delivery Method

1.1.       By Email

When you select the ‘PDF Digital Ticket | TicketDirect’ option as the delivery method on the Official Sales Website, You will be able to download the Tickets via a link sent to Your registered email, following the dates outlined below:

§     Tickets purchased up to and including September 8, 2025: will be sent starting from October 1, 2025; and

§     Tickets purchased from September 9, 2025 onwards: will be sent starting from October 13, 2025.

Premium Grandstand and VIP Area Tickets will not be available for online delivery (‘PDF Digital Ticket | TicketDirect’). In these cases, You will need to pick them up in person at the Circuit Ticket Office (referred to as the ‘Ticket Office) – we will explain You how to do this in the next item.

1.2.       In-Person Pickup

All the Tickets from your order must be picked up at the Ticket Office, starting from October 31, 2025, if:

§     You choose the ‘Pickup‘ option as the Ticket delivery method;

§     There is at least one Premium Grandstand or VIP Area Ticket in your order; or

§     You cannot prove your eligibility for a half-price benefit for one or more Tickets in your order during the online verification.

To pickup the Tickets, it is most convenient if the ‘Account Holder’, meaning the individual who made the purchase on the Official Sales Website, is present. In this case, You simply need to present:

•            valid identification (RG, driver’s license, or passport) of the Account Holder;

•            the credit card used for ticket purchase (a copy is acceptable);

•            purchase confirmation email (can be printed or shown on a mobile device); and

•            if applicable, supporting documents for half-price benefits or other applied discounts.

Tickets can also be picked up by another person, either the student beneficiary (who can only pick up their student ticket) or someone authorized by the
Account Holder or student beneficiary (however, with regards to the student beneficiary, unless they also have the Account Holder’s authorization, the
person picking up the ticket can only retrieve the student ticket). To do this, they must provide the following documents:

•            the same documents required for the Account Holder (as mentioned above), with one important difference: in the case of a third party picking up the tickets, the original ID of the Account Holder is not necessary, only a copy (which will be retained at the Ticket Office);

•            an original copy of the ‘Third-Party Pickup’ form, available in the footer of the Official Sales Website. This form must be completed and signed
by the Account Holder or student beneficiary (however, if the student beneficiary is picking up only their student ticket, this form is not required); and

•            valid identification (RG, driver’s license, or passport) of the person authorized to pick up the Tickets. A copy of this document will be kept at the Ticket Office.

Note: Tickets can only be picked up upon presentation of the documents listed in this section 1.2.

For more information about our Ticket Office, such as address, opening date, and operating hours, please refer to Section 5 below.

2.             Types of Tickets Available

There are two types of tickets for the Event:

a)               Full-price Ticket: non-nominal Tickets (not issued in the name of a person) and can be transferred to others at no cost (for a better understanding, please refer to Section 8 below);

b)                Half-price Ticket: the benefit of a half-price Ticket and the Half-price Ticket itself are personal and non-transferable. In other words, they can only be used by the Ticket holder whose name was provided at the time of purchase. However, the Event Promoter will allow, for a specific period, the transfer of the half-price benefit to another eligible individual. Details on how this process works will be explained in Section 3.3 below.

2.1.        Fanzone

Should a Fanzone be included in the Event, the same provisions of these T&Cs will apply to the Fanzone, unless expressly stated otherwise in these T&Cs or the context clearly indicates that a particular rule does not apply.

It is important to note that, if there is a Fanzone, some Tickets may or may not include access to this area, as defined by the Promoter and subject to the geography and logistics of the Circuit. The purchase of a Ticket for the Event does not necessarily entitle the holder to access the Fanzone.

Detailed information regarding access to the Fanzone, including its capacity, the areas with permitted access, and other relevant descriptions of the Fanzone, will be provided at a later stage if the Event includes a Fanzone, at which point the T&Cs will be updated to reflect this information

ATTENTION! Reselling any Event ticket is strictly prohibited! Tickets found to be resold will be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

3.              Half-Price Tickets

 3.1.        Types of Half-Price Tickets

The Event offers the following types of half-price Tickets, in accordance with applicable legislation[1] (subject to changes due to legislative amendments):

§    student;

§    low-income youth aged 15 to 29;

§    employee of São Paulo’s public municipal and state schools (teachers, principals, pedagogical, coordinators, supervisors, and support-staff);

§    elderly;

§    retirees;

§    people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility;

§    companions of people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility (the companion’s Ticket must be purchased in the same order as the person with a disability / reduced mobility).

Areas (sectors) of the Event that include food and beverages in the Ticket price do not offer half-price Ticket options.

3.2.        Required Documentation

To be eligible for the half-price ticket, You will need to prove Your condition before receiving or collecting Your
Ticket, and this will be done primarily through an online verification. The instructions for this verification will be sent to the Account Holder’s email registered on the Official Sales Website and will also be available on the Official Event Website.

But please note, if you are unable to prove your eligibility for the half-price Ticket, the amount you paid for the Ticket will not be refunded. In this case, to receive your Ticket, you will need to pay the difference between the half-price and the full-price Ticket, and you must collect all Tickets from Your order at the Ticket Office. The payment of the difference can be made directly on the Official Sales Website itself, but it’s important to pay attention to the deadline, which will be sent to the Account Holder’s email registered on the Official Event Website. If You miss this deadline, You will have to make such payment in person at the Ticket Office.

ATTENTION! There will be strict verification of documentation proving your eligibility for the half-price ticket before Ticket collection and at the entrance to the circuit, throughout the 3 days of the Event.

Here is the required documentation to prove your entitlement to the half-price Ticket. In addition to the online verification, you will need to present these documents to access the Event on all three days. Don’t forget[2]

§    Tickets for Grandstands: up to September 8, 2025;

For Your convenience, we will refer to the above dates simply as the “Half-Price Ticket Recipient Change Deadline”). After this date, no changes to the recipient will be allowed.

Here’s another important piece of information: You can cancel a purchase made on the Official Sales Website within 7 consecutive days from the date of purchase, provided that the cancellation is not requested from the first day of the Event (inclusive). b)                if Your Tickets are in the process of being sent, have already been delivered, or picked-up;

If public access to the Event is limited or prohibited due to health, legal issues, or orders from competent authorities, there will be no refund of the amounts paid. In the case of limited public access to the Event, we will keep the Tickets that were purchased first and are within the allowed limit. Additionally, if the number of tickets sold exceeds the allowed limit or if public access to the Event is prohibited, we will exchange the Event Tickets for tickets (in the same sectors) for the Formula 1 Grande Prêmio de São Paulo 2026.

If the Event date is changed by decision of FOWC (and its affiliates), the FIA, public bodies/authorities, or due to unforeseen circumstances, Acts of God or force majeure, there will also be no refund of the amounts paid, and the Tickets will remain valid for the new date.
