Children under 5 years old are not allowed to access the Autódromo. Everyone who wishes to access the Autódromo on the event days, including children, must present tickets. For the Heineken Village sector, the minimum age allowed is 18 years.

The half-price ticket benefit is guaranteed only to students, seniors, people with disabilities, and young people aged 15 to 29. In the state of São Paulo, the benefit is granted to teachers, principals, pedagogical coordinators, supervisors, and staff members of public municipal and state schools in São Paulo. In the city of São Paulo, the benefit is also granted to retirees.
