At the Formula 1 Lenovo São Paulo Grand Prix 2024, all food and beverage purchases in sectors A, G, H, N, M, Arquibancada Porto Bank, R, Heineken Village and FanZone will be made exclusively through the Cashless Card.
The Cashless Card allows your purchases during the event with speed and security. It is a prepaid payment method, that is, you will only be able to pay with your Cashless Card and the credited value. The card is valid only for this event.
To credit values to your Cashless Consumption Card, you can do so in advance from 10/02 or directly at the event. At our physical stores: Shopping Market Place (10/28 to 11/1) or at the Cashless stands located in the sectors during the Event.
If you have credits left on your Cashless Consumption Card, the value will be refunded, and the period to request will be until 11/24. For more details, see below.
Simply access the website and add the desired credits. The system will automatically generate a QR Code, which must be presented at the time of Cashless Card pickup.
Customers who add credits to their Cashless Consumption Card or to their Porto Bank Credit Card on the official website until 10/31 will receive a bonus that can range from 10% to 30% on the value of their first top-up made in advance. The Cashback Bonus will only be valid if the Porto Bank Credit Card is used in the transactions, as detailed in the table below:

Enter the website, log in and fill out the form to create your cashless consumption card.
Choose the desired value to credit and complete the transaction with the payment method of your choice.
Upon confirming the credit addition, you will receive a QR Code to present for your card pick-up.
On the day of the event, simply visit one of the specific spots at Autódromo de Interlagos to redeem your card and enjoy all the benefits.
*If you choose to top up at the GP São Paulo store, located at Shopping Market Place (store 141, ground floor), the card will be issued at the time of the transaction.
**If you choose to top up the Cashless Consumption Card for the first time only at the event, a deposit fee of 5 BRL will be charged. This amount can be refunded in cash upon returning the Cashless Consumption Card at the fixed cash registers until the end of the event.
If you topped up your Cashless Card via the website, any remaining balance after the event will automatically be refunded via the same payment method used for the top-up. If you paid using the Cashless Card, your refund will be credited by 11/24 and can be checked by the credit card statement.
If you topped up your Cashless Consumption Card in our physical store more than once, all top-up credits added after your first will be refunded as explained above. Credits from the first top-up can only be refunded upon request through our website from 11/04 to 11/24. The remaining amount will be refunded within 31 days after the request is made.
No. The only way to buy food and drinks at the event is with your Cashless Card. For merchandise products, you can only use cash or a card.
No, you can add credits to your Cashless Card online with any amount you want, as long as it does not exceed 2,000 BRL.
There are a few ways to add credits to your Cashless Consumption Card. You can avoid queues and top up in advance on the website – just follow the step-by-step instructions – until October 30, or at the GP São Paulo store, located on the ground floor of Shopping Market Place, until November 2.
If you prefer, you can top up and recharge at one of our cash registers available in your section during the event – a fee of 5 BRL is charged for the first top-up and refunded in cash if you choose to return the card. The Cashless Consumption Card is valid exclusively on November 1, 2, and 3, 2024.

No. But if you want to return it at the fixed cash registers during the event, you will get your deposit fee back.
