3.3. Changing the recipient of the half-price Ticket
You have the option to change the recipient of the half-price Ticket by observing the deadlines below:
- Tickets for Grandstands: until September 4, 2024;
- Tickets for Heineken Village until September 15, 2024; and,
- Tickets for Fanzone until September 23, 2024;
For Your convenience, we will refer to the above dates simply as the “Half-Price Ticket Recipient Change Deadline”). After this date, no changes to the recipient will be allowed.
However, please be aware that if Your Ticket has already been delivered, picked up, or is in the process of being delivered, it will no longer be possible to change the recipient, even if your request is made before the Half-Price Ticket Recipient Change Deadline.
4. Cancelling a Purchase Order
After completing Your purchase, it will not be possible to make changes to the Ticket type, sector, seat, or delivery method. If there is an error in your order, You will have to cancel it and purchase new Tickets. However, please note that this is subject to ticket availability, so be sure to carefully review all information before finalizing your purchase to avoid mistakes!
Here’s another important piece of information: You can cancel a purchase made on the Official Sales Website within 7 consecutive days from the date of purchase, provided that the cancellation is not requested from the first day of the Event (inclusive). Cancelled Tickets will be automatically made available for purchase again. It’s worth noting that only the Account Holder can request the cancellation.
If Your purchase request is cancelled, the amounts paid will be refunded to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. The refund timelines vary depending on the issuing bank and the date of your credit card statement closing, and this is something we don’t control.
The cancellation of the purchase requEst will not be carried out under the following conditions:
a) partially: if You request the cancellation of Your order, all Tickets purchased within the same purchase request will be canceled;
b) if Your Tickets are in the process of being sent, have already been delivered, or picked-up;
c) after 7 days from the date of purchase of the Ticket(s); or
d) if You attempt to cancel the Ticket(s) from the first day of the Event (inclusive).
If public access to the Event is limited or prohibited due to health, legal issues, or orders from competent authorities, there will be no refund of the amounts paid. In the case of limited public access to the Event, we will keep the Tickets that were purchased first and are within the allowed limit. Additionally, if the number of tickets sold exceeds the allowed limit or if public access to the Event is prohibited, we will exchange the Event Tickets for tickets (in the same sectors) for the Formula 1 Grande Prêmio de São Paulo 2025.
If the Event date is changed by decision of FOWC (and its affiliates), the FIA, public bodies/authorities, or due to unforeseen circumstances, Acts of God or force majeure, there will also be no refund of the amounts paid, and the Tickets will remain valid for the new date.
